This will allow us to get to know each other a bit better and figure out where you are in the process and where I can step in.
I will take over making sure vendors go where they need and know what to do and will contact them if any issues arise.
Making sure that everyone is on time for setup and everything gets done that needs to pre-ceremony.
The fun part! I will work with florists, venues, and anyone else to make sure that your vision comes to life. From centerpieces to dessert tables to anything in between, I will be the one managing the execution.
I will work with you directly to gather information for all of your wedding party and help guide you through what to do on your rehearsal.
I will be the point of contact/liaison for all vendors, early-arriving guests, etc. the day of. IF any issues arise, I will manage them. All questions will run through me so that you are not getting bombarded. If I can't answer it, I will be the one asking you.
Calling this the "holy grail" is honestly a bit of an understatement. It includes everything from detailed timelines and contact information to a décor inventory - and so much in between.
This is an amazing way to make sure everything stays on track and on time, so you can party on.
* During the 8-week meeting, it will be determined if the additional assistant is to be required. Best judgement will be used to determine to provide ease of the event. If so, the $25/hour will be billed to the client for the time the assistant is needed.
** Rehearsal Coordination includes walking through your entire ceremony with you and your wedding party as well as ironing out any kinks. This will be to ensure placement, timing, order, etc. so the big day goes smoothly! This does not include any rehearsal or rehearsal dinner planning. This is available if required :)
